Alumina hollow balls can be made into various shapes of products, the use temperature is 1800 degrees Celsius, the mechanical strength of the products is high, which is several times that of general light products, and the bulk density is only half of corundum products.

Model

There are two kinds of alumina hollow balls: mixed grade balls and grading balls:

The particle size of the mixed grade ball is 0.2-5mm,

The particle sizes of grading balls are 0.2-1mm, 1-2mm, 2-3mm, 3-5mm, respectively.

1. Alumina hollow ball and its products are a kind of lightweight refractory material with high temperature resistance and excellent energy saving.

2. Alumina hollow ball is an ideal heat insulation filling material for high temperature kiln, heat insulation and energy-saving refractory material. It can be used to make high temperature, ultra-high temperature heat insulation filler, high temperature refractory concrete light aggregate, high temperature castable and so on.

3. Alumina hollow balls are widely used in high temperature and ultra-high temperature kilns such as petrochemical industrial gasifiers, carbon black industrial reactors, metallurgical industry induction electric furnaces, etc.

4. Alumina hollow ball refractory bricks can be used for high temperature and energy-saving (>30%) industrial furnaces. For reducing the weight of the furnace body, the structure can be modified, materials can be saved, and energy can be saved.
