What kind of abrasive is the raw material of the wear-resistant lining? Zirconia corundum wear-resistant lining plate

A method for producing a wear-resistant composite liner, comprising the following steps:

Fused zirconia corundum particles with a particle size of 2-3mm were selected, mixed with 44.5wt% water glass and stirred evenly, and a cylindrical ceramic block was prefabricated through a mold, and the ceramic block was dried at 250-300°C for 12 hours after molding . After sintering at 800-900°C for 10-15 minutes, it is cooled with the furnace, and after complete cooling, it is demoulded for use;

This method effectively combines the ceramic particles with the metal matrix, cleverly utilizes the wear resistance of ceramics, is easy to operate, has good formability, and is convenient for large-scale production. At the same time, the ceramic prefabricated blocks are reasonably designed. The shape and distribution in the sand mold effectively ensure the combination of the molten metal and the ceramic block. Setting the ingate at the upper end not only avoids direct impact on the ceramic prefabricated block, but also further strengthens the combination of the metal and the ceramic prefabricated block performance.

A method for producing a wear-resistant composite liner, characterized in that it includes the following steps:

1) Select fused zirconia corundum particles with a particle size of 2-3mm, mix them with 4-4.5wt% water glass and stir evenly, prefabricate cylindrical ceramic blocks through molds, and place the ceramic blocks in an environment of 250-300°C after molding Dry in medium temperature for 1-2h, then sinter at 800-900°C for 10-15min, then cool with the furnace, and demould after complete cooling for use;

2) Using resin sand molding, the prefabricated ceramic block is evenly arranged at the bottom of the cavity, and a steel wire mesh is placed above the ceramic block. At least two springs are evenly distributed on the upper end of the steel mesh. The upper end surface of the spring and the lower box The upper end surface of the sand mold is even, and two ingates are opened on the upper end of the sand mold of the lower box. The ingates are located on the same side of the sand mold. Before pouring, the sand mold is preheated to 180-200°C. After cooling in the sand mold, take out the box;

3) After the casting is cleaned and polished, heat treatment is carried out. The process is: at a temperature of 800-1000 ° C, heat preservation for 2-4 hours; air cooling treatment; at a temperature of 200-250 ° C, heat preservation for 3-5 hours; and then air cooling treatment.
