White corundum Abrasive as an excellent refractory material, its alumina powder content of more than 99%, with strong cutting force, good chemical stability, good insulation and other advantages, suitable for quenched steel, alloy steel, high speed steel, high carbon steel and other hard and strong materials processing, the appearance is white granular, the general particle size is F4~F200. White corundum has a dense texture, high hardness, and sharp grain shape. Suitable for manufacturing ceramics, resin bonds, grinding, polishing, sandblasting, etc. So what are the requirements for white corundum when casting mortar?
In the process of preparing the pouring mortar, there are several requirements for the operation:
Pouring should be carried out slowly, and a bag should be controlled within 2.5-3 minutes, so as to avoid micronized powder sinking into the bottom and agglomeration without stirring, resulting in inconsistency with the actual ratio and affecting cutting. As we all know, white corundum has strong hygroscopicity, and is easily agglomerated by moisture in the air, which reduces the viscosity of the slurry, and at the same time forms false particles and agglomerates in the slurry, resulting in a decrease in cutting efficiency and cutting quality. To avoid moisture, do not expose it to the air for too long.
1. Check whether the bag is intact and undamaged before using white corundum, and if there is damage, it must be stored separately and not used;
2. Before feeding the mouth of the bag, float sand on the surface of the bag to avoid dumping in debris. White corundum has a high cost, so special attention should be paid in this regard, do not wax at will, do not cover carpets, sundries for a long time, do not use detergent, need to be completely cleaned, need regular maintenance, maintain the luster.
